Steve Nicosia, CEO, helps entrepreneurs and business owners start, build, grow and exit their ventures.  He also works with high impact, high growth companies as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with Launch NY and he coaches small business owners as a mentor with SCORE. Steve's background includes owning and exiting a successful software company, completing acquisitions, forging strategic alliances, launching new products/markets and P&L responsibility as a general manager.  Steve is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and he received his CPA from the state of Delaware.


JOE KUNKEMOELLER, Managing Member, ACA/Aurora Capital  

Joe started Aurora in 2008.  At Aurora, Joe is a consultant, advisor, intermediary and mentor to start up, growth and small-cap companies. In addition to his work at Aurora, Joe has deep corporate finance experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital structuring. He has advised early stage and closely held businesses on growth investment transactions, exit strategies and succession planning. He spent the first 15 years of his career rising through the ranks at JPMorganChase before turning his focus to early stage and high growth businesses. Joe holds an MBA and an MSc from Columbia University in New York.   Joe has domestic and international experience in: Energy (alternative and conventional); Consumer Products; and Materials Technology sectors.


PETE LAFAUCI, President,  cfo solutions

In 2000, Pete formed cfo solutions a consulting firm based in Rochester, New York, offering financial leadership, strategic solutions, and bottom-line results for emerging to medium-size companies. His mission is to help businesses grow and prosper with simple to use financial tools that are understandable to all managers – no matter what level of financial skills they may have. He works side-by-side with CEO’s and senior executives to uncover new strategies for improving operations and achieving the company’s financial goals.  Pete's background includes over 25 years of proven success in developing, leading and executing strategy in both publicly and privately held companies within the advertising, software development, internet, manufacturing, and emerging technologies sectors.  Pete, a CPA, holds a bachelor of business administration degree from St. Bonaventure University.
