Principal's BIO

Steve Nicosia, President and CEO, founded Zen Advisory Partners in 2015. Previously, Steve was an angel investor and advisor to several startup companies.  From 2004 to 2014, Steve served as a General Manager at Emphasys Software where he helped grow the treasury management division through acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.  Prior, Steve was part owner of Application Oriented Designs, Inc (AOD), where he held several roles including planning and executing the exit strategy for this privately held software company. Steve received a BA in Management with a concentration in MIS from St. John Fisher College and he received his CPA from the State of Delaware.
